"It was an absolute amazing time, especially if you have small kids. There is a chunky Cheese onsite, if you don’t want to buy a game card, the kids can play in the jungle gym area for free. There is a poolside bar, free Cabanas (first come first serve), even restaurants and Starbucks onsite. The staff were great, we forgot to pack toothpaste, someone brought us free Colgate to the room, we didn’t have to go down to get it. So many food options within a 5 minute drive if you want to dine off site. If not just stay and lounge around and dine and play and never leave until check out. We definitely will be back. "

"My son and I stayed here for our Universal vacation. I was able to buy discounted tickets to the park right on the property. Our room was clean and updated. It looked way better than the out dated photos. The pools are convenient. They have ample parking spaces and I highly recommend renting a car because the villas are driving distance from the check in building. They do offer golf cart pickup to drive you where you need to go on the resort. I didn’t like that the water park wasn’t included with the stay. It’s currently $25/pp. that’s even for children — download the app to get the loyalty discount. "
"We booked this trip as a little staycation—our first getaway since welcoming our son into the world six months ago. With Grandma and Grandpa kindly babysitting, we were excited for some much-needed time to ourselves, though a bit anxious about leaving our baby for the first time.
That anxiety melted away the moment we arrived at the front desk. Chris greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
He took the time to ask about our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. From check-in to giving clear directions to our room, everything was smooth and easy. What really stood out was that he remembered us by name the next time we passed through the lobby.
There are hundreds of hotels in Orlando but I will be returning just because of the wonderful hospitality Chris showed us. Thank you Chris!!
