"My reservation was for the one remaining room and I had a message from the manager/owner that there was a problem but we were on the road and by the time I saw the message we did not have service. But the manager/owner honored the reservation and greeted us warmly. Great place, cannot wait to go back next year!"

"Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are sizable and well appointed. We had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night. It was fixed within 5 minutes of our phone call. Beautiful, large gift shop. The restaurant offers simple fare, cafeteria style, but is the best option in the remote town of Chinle. You book your Canyon de Chelly tours right at the hotel."
"The property is on the Window Rock Rez. It is a bit dated but the room was totally clean. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work though it ran full on. The cancellation and no pay until arrival policies the best anywhere. Clerk and staff very helpful.
The scenery was spectacular. Golden hour light brilliant. There are a number of eateries which I didn’t try."
