Thank you for your review. Without them we cannot improve. All rooms, including the one you were in have a small closet with hanging rack. Rooms also have a luggage rack, we will check to see if this item is missing from the room where you stayed. The A/C has a remote control. We do strive to keep our rooms very clean. Most outdoor pools in New England are closed after Labor Day in September. This was listed when you reserved for October dates and was listed as closed on your reservation.We are constantly upgrading and renovating Inn 32 and do hope you will come back and visit us again.

Thank you for your review. Self-Check in and out only is listed when you book here at Inn 32. We are a veteran owned and family run inn. We do generally spend the evenings as a family. We live here on property and do say hello as we walk about. If you need us, we are available by phone. Internet can be slow on major holiday weekends in the entire White Mountain Region. Please enjoy the scenery and put down those electronic devices!

Thank you for your review. Before and after every guest we check that all items are where they should be. On occasion guests accidentally take things home that belong to Inn 32. Guests are responsible for items removed from the room. The phone was not hung up, we said our proper goodbyes and were not going to continue the argument you wanted to make, including threats you made to the staff.

Thank you for your review. We will look into adding additional tables where there are none. For now, there are picnic tables and a covered porch with tables.

You reserved two rooms and received two rooms. It is unfortunate that you had a miscommunication with your traveling partner and you both reserved a room. Therefore, you received and paid for exactly what you reserved, two rooms. We spoke on the phone about this and Hotels.com staff also relayed this same thing to you over the phone. You being allowed to confront office staff angrily in person would not have solved the problem that you and your traveling partner rented more rooms than you needed.Dear future guests. This review of the building is false, and the guest is upset as she had to pay for her reservation and wanted a free room. We are veteran and family owned.

yes! Inn 32 was built in the mid 1800's.

We have 1 designated space for each room in front of each room. There are several other spaces available if you are bringing two cars. At check in all guests receive a map showing room location amenities on property and extra parking.

Thank you for your review. We are currently updating bathrooms first we did all the tubs, sinks and toilets and now are doing walls, floors and doors. Many rooms have already been done.
