Room was smelled a little funky. Building is old and in need of some renovation. But honestly in spite of that I liked staying here. Room was clean. Could not hear other guests. Had no issue with staff. It's not the Hilton in Manhattan but for a cheap last minute room it was alright.

Thank you for your feedback, that funky smell is from freshly painted room and freshly installed carpet and paddings, it will go away with time, Building is old but safe and functional ,you mentioned it’s cheap price, why ? Because we just don’t believe in unnecessary renovations and then ultimately pass those cost to our guest.

A solid, clean, basic motel. It’s an older property, but clean and quiet, easy to get to and easy check-in. I would stay again.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'examiner, quelle partie du manque de sécurité avez-vous trouvée ? nous avons une garderie à service complet située à côté, nous n'avons aucun crime dans le quartier selon les rapports locaux de police, nous sommes situés au centre à 10 minutes du centre-ville, de l'aéroport, de la gare, de la gare routière, du centre commercial, des lieux commerciaux, il y a plein de restaurants, intersection de deux autoroutes, et c'est toujours aussi calme, nous ne savons pas ce que vous attendez d'un établissement d'hébergement de nuit avec un prix propre et raisonnable avec des commodités suffisantes.

Very clean and good room with a lot of amenities for the price. Fridge,stove and microwave. Freshly painted and new carpet! Too bad that the non smoking rooms are on the second floor

Thank you for your feedback, we do have non smoking rooms on bottom floor also, they were all occupied the day you have reservation, you could have requested a bottom floor room when you booked, the time you checked in they were all occupied

Very good value. Clean, spacious room with a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. Would definitely recommend the place to weary travelers. The check-in process was quick and the staff were pleasant and efficient.

Everything was great though they need to fix the plumbing and heating as when it’s on, it rattles through the walls and keeps you up all night. Came on every 11 minutes and was almost unbearable. Staff lovely, very clean and beds are comfy with a new tv. Loved it all bar the noise!

Old style, but clean, and helpful staff

The owners were very accommodating when we asked for an early check in on our day of arrival. It was incredibly nice of them. The room was clean. A little old fashion, but very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

It seemed very clean, although there was a sock on the bathroom floor when we arrived that had obviously been left by a previous guest. The fridge in the room did not work, and after our late check-in, we did not have time to deal with, so our food spoiled and had to be thrown out.

Sorry for the inconvenience, fridge needs to be turn on, we keep it off when not in use, our guest needs to turn it on and set desired temperature settings

The person checking me in was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean with a large parking lot. The hotel room was spacious and contained all appliances that a person would need. I plan on staying again when in the area.

Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback, that period of your stay whole town was busy with multiple events, we were one of few lowest priced hotels in the area during this time, we are sure this is the reason why you chose us over other hotels, If you want cheaper prices please come stay during non busy times

The best hotel in the area.

A super clean and quiet area. It was like this little Shangri-La, Within city limits. It doesn't look like much, but both the outside and the inside were clean and neat. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the air conditioning worked great. I felt safe and comfortable there. They have a beautiful outside yard with a play area, if you have young children. I never want to stay any place else again in this area, because this place is wonderful, and the owners were super.

The staff accommodated my special needs and also made themselves available for a 1:00 am check-in. Affordable and decent motel and the drive from the airport is easy.
