"Staff was great, helpful when needed for our room issue. They were friendly and kind. Breakfast was very good! Room was not renovated yet, so carpet was kind of yucky, hallways needed to be vacuumed. Fitness center was supposed to be open, but was not yet ready. The music in the Crown Lounge was fantastic, so were the drinks! The location was great c near lots of great places to eat."
