"excelente todo"

"Wonderful stay"

"My sink drain plug didn't work properly and the thermostat control was somewhat unresponsive, but the hotel was nice. Those that stay there, like in other hotels however are a mixed bag."

"Great pool side rooms for kids and pool is cool"

"After my cousin suggested this establishment, I had to do my own research before deciding to book. Of course I landed on a few videos on Tik Tok where Katie one of the employees just captured my interest to wanting to come and see this resort. Check in was a breeze. Huge clean room but the bugs are a pest since the property is surrounded by so much nature. Staff was so friendly and eager to assist. Wish there were more activities and waiters by the adult pool like other resorts. Food wasn’t bad....

"Staff was friendly and ocean view was beautiful"

"Clean room"

"This is going to be a beautiful hotel when it’s finished being remodeled. Even the floors that are remodeled are gorgeous."

"The room smells and it dirty. No cleaner, bedsheets was dirty and roach"

"All staff that we encountered were very, kind, helpful and friendly, and some went out of their way to help. Some of the fixtures in the room were old and would be much better if they were updated."

"I just love the place. Will always stay here."
