"After completing a 16-hour journey, I arrived at the hotel at approximately 8:30 PM last night. Following my check-in and a shower, I visited the bar and ordered dinner to be delivered to my room. The meal arrived over one hour later. Shortly after the server left to retrieve the card machine for payment, I sat down to eat and immediately noticed that the food was completely cold. I contacted room service to report the issue and was informed that the Room Service Manager would call me back....
