"The stay was good only thing breakfast was not included"

"I had to switch rooms because I found a roach in the bathroom. The next room had ketchup all over the rug and tile and the fridge did not have shelves. The third room was better, but when I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work and the front desk said they had an outages and was working on it. The staff however, was wonderful on all fronts! They were accommodating to each issue and made it a priority."

I needed to stay another night and Brittany patiently helped me navigate that so I could also stay in the same room. The location is great and very pet friendly. There’s an outside mall across the street with plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to the expressway. My entire stay was just awesome and I’ll...

"Roaches!!! Rooms were messy and the whole place reeked of smoke! Then woke to find roaches all over the place!"
