I usually don't give any reviews, but I felt like I should this time. We booked a unit at the Avista using Elliot management. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Upon arrival the room wasn't very clean, patio chairs were very dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The room had one blanket and when asked for an extra one at the hotel reception, they said they can't help and I should contact Elliot management. I did, but they had no extra blankets and even if they did have one, I would have to go get it from their office, not on site. I ended up buying one the next day. Elliot management offered to reimburse me. We had no cleaning service for the entire stay (4 days). We had to remove the trash ourselves and discard outside.
