" Clean room, nice staff"

"Staff friendly, one exception (night front desk, black woman in her 20s? who seemed annoyed I bothered her for toilet paper). Well equiped kitchenette. Comfortable bed/sofa. Clean. They have motion sensors which turn on/off lights. I'd suggest they explain how they work when you check in. I'm sure it's an energy saver but can take you by surprise if all of a sudden the room goes dark, LOL"

"A great place to stay. Check-in was smooth aside from no information to elevators and location of room. We had to go back and ask for directions to our room which turned out to be in the far back location of the hotel. The property amenities are incredible. The pool was beautiful and had many visitors, and the bathrooms were kept clean. We visited the deli/coffee shop in the mornings and they have the best crossiant breakfast sandwiches. Our first morning, we had a very unhappy young lady taking our order. The second morning back, it was someone different with a much happier attitude. The room was very nice and clean. Our balcony overlooked the dog park. The living room is separted from the bedroom and bathroom which was helpful when other's were still sleeping. Barbara, the housekeeper for the 3rd floor was super friendly and very helpful with towels, toiletries, and coffee item needs. This is a full-on, dog friendly hotel. Dog treat bins through-out the property and a large dog park with room for them to run and play on and off artificial turf. We enjoyed our stay and would return."
