On Thursday, July 17, I called to change my room to an accessible room. The person who answered the phone said they would reserve it and when I check in on Friday they would make the change. On my arrival they said because I booked through a third party I would have to call them ,Expedia. I called and waited for several minutes, finally a man tried to help me. He said it would cost an additional $75.00 per night and I agreed that it was okay. When I went back to the desk in the lobby they tell me that they could only give it to me for Friday, Saturday and Sunday was already booked. I told them I didn’t want the room just for Friday. I was booked in room 2000. I didn’t request room service but on Sunday, July 20, I came into my room after being out at 2:30 pm to find that my bed was stripped and one of my chargers was gone. I waited thinking someone would come back to make up the bed but no one came. I called the lobby to inform them what had transpired. They ask me if I had requested room service and I said no. They had informed me that the person who had been in my room had left for the day. They sent someone to my room to make my bed. Also someone from the office brought me a charger but it was the wrong size. She looked at my IPad and said she would check to see if they had one downstairs and they did, but I had a 6ft cord they gave me a very short cord.
