"The hotel was definitely dirty and not maintained to a reasonable cleanliness standard. After checking in and getting to the 3rd floor where our room was located, I noticed the carpeted hallway floor was filthy, and that’s by any objective measure not just my opinion. There were literally hairballs on the carpet along with stains everywhere and general debris indicating that the floor isn’t being vacuumed often. Same idea in the room. There was gum stuck to the floor, and the couch and chair...

"Room was clean and was good value for the money"

"Quick, free shuttle (although you could easily walk) to the airport, even at 3:30 am, and the front staff went over to the Starbucks in the lobby and made me a coffee. Perfect spot to stay before a flight."

"It was good."

"The Super 8 is a basic hotel. It is clean. The rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. If you are looking for a basic, modern and clean hotel, I recommend this Super 8. It is close to many businesses making it a convenient location."

"Just stayed here for a few days during the latter half of this past week. Pet friendly hotel? The bathroom was dirty, unwashed floor. But the kicker was finding a condom under the bed skirt. How you foul up basic cleaning l have no idea. They did not offer a room change. They waived the pet fee...

"Very good"

"Breakfast was good"

"Great hotel with Staybridge and Holiday Inn connected. Holiday Inn breakfast was good. (Staybridge is better) Great location with quick access to major connectors, the University and shopping. Parkade adjacent to the hotel. Friendly staff."

"Love the lights under bed and the antique was cool. Coffee was great I’d definitely stay here again"

"Doing pre check in was super helpful as all I had to do was give my id and my room key was given to me. Nice rooms, very spacious and clean"

"I stay at your property quite frequently, travelling from Edmonton, and I’ve always enjoyed my stays. However, this visit was a little disappointing. I had requested a high-floor room several months in advance, as I usually do, but unfortunately, my request was not accommodated. I also had to change rooms during my stay. As a regular and loyal guest, I would have thought that repeat customers would receive some priority when it comes to room preferences, especially when requests are made well...
