"Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away."

"Had to call to the number provided to receive a code for the door. Not a big deal, but it did take some time, so I recommend to give them a call in advance for a smoother process. Other that that, everything was very clean, and the location was awesome!"

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. "If location is what you are after then this has a great one, right on the square, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very dated, rooms are small. They did have certain items in the them that helped, a fridge and a small microwave however no coffee maker and the continental breakfast that was being offered did not start until 8:30, and it was showing that the coffee maker was out of order. So for a morning coffee drinker not helpful."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable...it was easy to take our dog outside to nearby grassy strips. We enjoyed the unheated outdoor pool on one very hot day. Excellent value for the dollar."

"I arrived after the receptionist had left. They had left the key out for kitchen staff to check me in. I waa so relieved I still had a room. Thank you for making my day and your beds are fabulous. I slept so peacefully even with a strong storm through the night. Will 100% be back and plan to tell all my family and friends what a gem the inn is."

There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly. The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message.
