"This was my 3rd time staying at this property. Overall, satisfied with customer service, cleanliness, and proximity to UVA. Staff was great from the time we checked in to time we checked out. Great stay."

"Rooms and property were very clean. Location was convenient to access almost any area you may want to go. Breakfast was decent. Pool was typical indoor pool in that it was noisy but this one also smelled musty. Workout room was fair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall if you are looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay and don't care about the pool this is a winner"

"Parking was easy. We had several small issues, none of which would have bee a big deal, but no one answered the phone at the front desk and we couldn’t find any help. Our sliding door was broken. And, we had people who appeared to work there in our room in the evening but didn’t do the turn down service so we were confused as to why they were in our room going through our things. We "
