"The entry was clean! The room was not! I was happy that I purchased a sleeping bag because the bed had hair in between the sheets and cover! The A/C blew out - well it was not pleasant!! The carpet CRUNCHED!!! The shower and bath combo 😂 should be replaced with a shower esp as I nearly slipped getting out! I don’t use hotel towels ever so couldn’t be helpful with that info! So no stars for this location!! Best Western Plus-Bayshore Inn was a lot better!"

"WOW!!! I love that the room had hardwood floor! Upon entering it SMELLED CLEAN!! 😍 They had the A/C on so that was another bonus because it was warm but it did not have that smell when the unit is old or that stale smell! Bedding was clean and LOVE how they embraced going green! The staff was very helpful and friendly! I’m super impressed! Would I recommend this hotel… I already have to multiple drivers 😂 I’m never staying at a holiday inn again 😂"

"Breakfast was good with turkey meat options. Initial check in staff was decent enough. Easy and quick check in. House keeping sucked. Traveling with young kids. Didn’t get to out room until super late in the day. Left a message with front desk that our youngest had an accident in the bed. We also left the placard requesting linen change. They proceeded to just making our bed over with the same dirty linens. Changed our towels but didn’t clean anything else. Good options in the area are...

"What a beautiful surprise, the small lane to access and the feeling of being off the beaten path. The facilities are in pristine shape and very clean. The rooms are nice. The beds, very comfortable. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace. The buffet breakfast is small in choices but very good. The yogurt was some off the best I have had. The staff are great!!!"

"This property is affordable. It’s right next to Highway 1 but the room seems to be well insulated and most of the traffic slows down after 6 PM. Be aware that lots of Contractors stay here. They seem to wander into each other‘s room and talk loudly. They also cook their meals inside their rooms. Sometimes the smells were quite spicy. But all was quiet after 9 PM. As a single woman staying here for three nights, I felt safe."

"I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. "Property is being renovated and exterior in the process of being replaced, but work was not intrusive. Good location for walking down to the harbor and enjoying the boats. Breakfast was adequate, coffee machine was the best thing."

"Staff is friendly & helpful. AC worked good. Traffic noise was a bit bothersome but the AC running does help with that. The parking lot was lit up well at night. Close walk to the park."
