When we checked in - the front desk kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in. It was very off-putting. When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating himself and talking with the other staff member. When we checked out, the front desk attendee did not ask whether we enjoyed our stay, if there were any problems, what room we were in, etc. It was a very hurried and non-personal experience. A word to management: a quick re-training for front staff in customer service and interaction might be in order. Other than that - the property speaks for itself.
