"Rooms are super damp! The pillows are wet! The rug is wet! Everything is moist! My clothes got all damp!"

"Very clean and convenient to downtown"

"It’s an older hotel, I’m sure soon to be renovated. Bathroom fixtures, sinks, shower/tub are dated but all very clean. Staff was super helpful and it’s of course right on the beach with 2 pools so the location is perfect. The VALUE is terrific."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Salty Mermaid! The location was great, especially being so close to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and the property had a nice, relaxed beach atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient. We also loved being able to walk around and enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Overall, it was a very enjoyable getaway, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. This is our second time staying there and when we’re in the area we will stay again. Highly recommend."

"I like everything about this place."

"Great experience"

"Nice place, close to where we needed to be."

"Love it!!!!!!"

"I was very disappointed with our king oceanfront room. The thermostat stopped working hotel maintenance could only get the AC to work at 62, or move to a queen or street view room. The water pressure in the shower was barely enough to wet the washcloth at times. The bathroom mirror had a film on it that made it difficult to see to apply makeup. Had to stand in the corner to see clearly in on section. Looks like portions of the hotel has been renovated however the bathroom renovation is not...

"I would like to say the first night was good. But i do have a issue with you need to put down a depost to park you car and you only get half back when you check out, that was 15.50, The second day i finger that the cleaning crew would come in the room and pick up the wet towels and clean up a bit ,, but nothing. Breakfast was good, Also the they need to spray for bugs were in the bathroom The money i spent should have been better and the walk way to get on the beach was locked never was fixed...

"We were very pleasantly surprised our room was nicely appointed clean. There was a two burner stove. There was a microwave. There was a full-size refrigerator. Bathroom was clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Everything was there everything that we needed. The only thing that was lacking was instructions how to use the television there was nothing about where to find the stations how to use it all in all it was a very pleasant experience."

"Súper buena la habitación , el servicio súper bien , personas agradables , y buen lugar para disfrutar"
