"The hotel was a big disappointment. We stayed here for 1 night and had booked 3 rooms. There was no ventilation in the rooms and all the rooms were smelly. There were also cockroaches in the rooms. When we complained no action was taken. The hotel is family run and the hotel staff is highly unprofessional. The hotel also refused to accept credit card payment and we had to run around for an ATM. All in all for the hefty price we paid - this hotel was a big rip off."

"Room was nice, checkin process was smooth but we had no hot water in our room for shower. We were asked to use another room for shower instead of moving us in a different room to resolve the issue. It was an odd experience."

"The property is new and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately sheets were dirty and towels smelled of damp. Toilet paper was not enough and they were stingy if you asked for more. Food was good, but waiters were slow and they didn’t seem to understand what their job implies (they forgot to give you glasses or cutlery unless you specifically asked for them).
