The property itself looked run down - nothing like the pictures. The room smelled, the AC is loud and location doesn’t look safe. We got what we paid for. The staff on the other hand is accommodating and friendly.

The staff at the property was friendly, helpful and quick to answer any issue. The room was okay for the price. I mean it’s a red roof inn so nothing special but nothing bad either. The issue was in the first room there was no hot water so had to transfer after already unpacking. The second room had a shampoo dispenser that needs to be replaced. The hallway smelled of weed and there was someone with a dog that would not stop barking. They asked the person to leave not sure how that all worked out. Anyways if you need a place to crash that’s basic, this is a decent choice. They also provided complimentary snack bags and waters so A on that.

In regard to charges, I researched your reservation and verified that a one hundred dollars security deposit was refunded to your MasterCard ending in 5626 on 03/27/2024. I'm not seeing any additional charges made to your card. It's also important to note that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Please check back after the appropriate amount of time and let Red Roof know if you have any concerns what-so-ever. A Solid Stay
Excellent service and expedient check in/out process. Rooms were good, but the in-room appliance didn’t match (but that’s merely an aesthetic preference). I’ve stayed here twice and will continue to do so when I’m in town. Great access to getting on and off the tollway!
