The best thing about the rooms here is the water pressure from the shower head, it was like a fire hose, which my son and I loved. The rooms themselves are dirty, rusty, moldy and damp as is the entire hotel. The free breakfast is pretty lacklustre as well.

The sheets on the bed had not been changed, I went to the front desk and asked for the maid to change the sheets and I was informed the maid had left for the day, the counter agent offered to give me sheets and have ME change the sheets, i refused and asked for a different room, They gave me a new room and I went to that new room and checked and those sheets had not been changed either. I went back to the front counter and requested a refund, they agreed and I left. Room also had a very bad mold odor.

Breakfast host & server was amazing. Only drawback was breakfast items were at times limited, however, she went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Only issue with my stay was two nights prior to leaving, a fight between a family at happened late at night in a room across mine. This occurred well after quiet observation hours which starts approximately 10 PM. This occurred after 11 PM at night, however, the incident died down after about 20 minutes of yelling, screaming and doors slamming. Planned to sleep earlier as I had to get up early the next morning.

Had a really good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I was also upgraded from a king room to a king suite at no extra cost, which was a nice surprise.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over it. Had a nice bullet hile in the window They came in once the 3 days I stayed to clean the room. I wouldnt call it clean. They came in once took the pillows off the bed stacked them on the chair. Took one pillow cover off and left the pillow cover with my used towels in a pile and didnt make the bed. The price was good. The cleaning needs some work

The hotel was very nice with all you would expect. Clean, tidy, good wifi, freeview TV, fridge, air con / heating. I couldn't find fault. However the receptionist was a dreadful human being. (Mon 9th Jun just after 15:00 hrs) She was surly, sharp, rude and just not interested. Sniffing loudy and repeatedly when you spoke - despite tissues being right there on a office desk. She then stated she had 'something else urget to do right now.' Blanked me and walked off to start typing on the other computer whilst barking at another receptionist to serve me. He was very polite and helpful. This lady needs to wear her big glasses and find a good mirror to look in - she might see her very abrupt personality and unprofessional attitude and decide to do something about it.

Comfortable beds, luke warm breakfast with no serving utensils. House keeping has to be requested, even just to get fresh towels. Rooms were supposedly remodeled in 2021, but with the lack of functional outlets, still very dated. Wouldn't be so terrible if the prices weren't as high as Hampton Inn, Marriot, etc.
