"Stayed there for the NFL draft. Tv reception was horrible couldn’t watch it. Toilet seat was old stained peeling should have been changed years ago. Front desk staff was very nice. Don’t think I would stay there again"

"The room was clean enough, but despite it being "recently renovated", it had a few problems. In particular the outside walkway to the room (and stairwell) had a serious bee issue...yes, bees. The walkways were not really maintained or cleaned well at all. Thankfully the rooms were much better (but still needed a few repairs)"

"From the moment we walked in & throughout our stay the place smelled & gave off a dirty vibe. The floors in our room were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were broken, black mold in the shower, the chair was so dirty that we didn’t dare sit or put anything on it. We asked for extra towels on multiple occasions & we either didn’t get them or got them hours later. The front desk was left unattended despite there being a sign to staff that “this is the last notice” to staff to not leave the front desk unattended. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. We do not recommend staying here."

"Parking was close for handicapped needs. Staff is very friendly & professional. They accommodated my need for 2 rooms near the elevator. "
