"Had really good stay, was there for 6 nights, food was lovely, staff really polite and helpful, our room was clean, very comfortable, only thing was the creaking doors early on a morning but that doesn't really affect the quality of stay, overall we had a really nice break away. 100% would recommend staying here if looking for somewhere in pontefract to stay"

"Good central location. We were shocked by the state of the entrance to the apartments from the street, not a good first impression. No lift so had to climb three floors of stairs with luggage but did have help offered to us which was nice. The apartment was small, darkly decorated in grey and quite disappointing. Some things missing in the kitchenette (no forks) and a broken glass so left a note. It was clean though and had a comfy bed. Furniture damaged and bedside light not working. Didn't have to spend a long time in the apartment so it didn't spoil our stay. A tea towel, and a kitchen cloth would have been helpful as we had to go out and buy them. Could be improved with a few changes/additions."

"Room is perfect and good value for money, bed was extremely comfortable and both areas (bathroom as well) were spotlessly clean. Our experience with both Tom on reception and Natasha in the morning for breakfast were fantastic. Both were friendly and helpful and Natasha’s humour when she spoke to us was amazing. The room was very spacious too! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant."
