Multiple restaurants to choose from all with great variety. Have stayed multiple times it is my go to when I’m in Norfolk. Indoor valet parking helps me feel safe when traveling.

The hotel was very close to the cruise ship port, i.e., within walking distance and the area was very nice and well maintained. The view from our hotel room window overlooked the pier and we could see boats moving on the water which was very nice to watch from our room on the 15th floor of the hotel.

Was the for an overnight stay. Walking distance to the Granby Theater. I was given a handicap room which wasn’t an issue until I took a shower. There was no water pressure I mean none. There was no shower head only a handheld. I called to the front desk but they didn’t have any alternative rooms. So needless to say I wasn’t completely happy with my stay but I did love the location

Our stay was amazing, great location and view. Customer service each time needed was absolutely outstanding.The convenience of the restaurants was awesome. On top of the food being great. The parking garage was easy to access with more than enough space. I have zero complaints with this stay.

I loved everything, except maybe the shower which is a bit odd and causes some flooding when showering. But besides that, excellent place!

I have stayed at this property several times and it is my go to typically. I like the rooms, location is great and staff are friendly. My only comment is the property needs a little more care and upkeep in the common areas.

Mehhh experience
The hotel was nice, but the staff was not. First incident was the valet speeding through the parking deck in my vehicle. The front desk staff was very passive when I asked for help. I asked if they could call valet while I was waiting for the bellhop to bring a luggage cart. They wouldn’t call and told me that I could tell them to bring my car once I got downstairs to the garage. I went to my room and waiting for the luggage cart that never arrived. While waiting I made the call myself to have my car ready. I ended up carrying all of my bags downstairs.

It was a really beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice but not spectacular. The best part was the location and ease to walk and go to restaurants and the options to dine in the hotel with 3 restaurants being located on the property.

Great Hotel Experience @ Hilton Downtown Norfolk
The room was state of the art and looked like it was recently remodeled. I loved the modern barn doors in the bathroom and shower. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

I booked and paid for a king bed but instead we got a room with 2 Queen beds. My husband is a big guy and the bed was too small. They rented out all of the rooms with king beds. We were not told the king rooms were not available but were simply given the key. Not only did we not get the room with the King bed, we really wanted the city view with lights, instead we were given a room overlooking a piece of the river and we booked in advance. Our reservation was confirmed, but they still did not have the room we reserved and paid for. They gave us a free breakfast, said the rooms cost the same amount and left it at that. No apology! This room was $300 per night after taxes. Sad part was they blamed it on Expedia. They confirmed our reservation but when you book third party the room is not guaranteed. Expedia did however give us One-Key cash since the hotel wasn't going to do anything
