This property is not in decent condition. There appeared to be repairs done to the ceiling of the shower in my room and it was not even painted to conceal it. The grout of the tiles are cracked and the floor of my room continuously leaked of water. The smell of the room was also bad and the elevator is very old and outdated. Would not recommend.

Great place to stay. Room was large and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Great location to get around.

Loved the pantry. Front desk clerks very friendly. I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. I'd definitely stay again or suggest it to family and friends

My first night there … the room was literally infested with cockroaches and other small bugs… found them crawling up my tooth brush, in the sink, trash can, even one on the ceiling over my bed. That was shocking. Second room was much better … but poorly lit overall.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Food was good. In room coffee was wonderful. A bit noisy from the road but that is to be expected near a busy road and airport.

The bathroom door was difficult to close and the toilet was difficult to flush and really loud. The sound proofing was not great.

The floor in the room was not very clean. We checked in late and had to get up early so didn’t say anything I wasted som water on the floor and I wiped it up and the towel was so dirty and hair.

I liked the Bonvoy attachment to my reservation. It was amazing to have the ease of getting snacks and drinks when i needed it. well worth paying the extra money and going through expedia for it.

Overall, the quality of the Delta Hotel. The only problem I experienced was with the heat. I kept turning the heat up but was unable to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

The room was clean, the mattress was breaking down and noisy but fairly comfortable. The soap in the shower was empty when we checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really don't appreciate having to pay extra for parking. Just wrap it into the cost of the room.
