We can offer late check-out with a fee when there is availability for your convenience, if your flight is late. If not, the guests can stay by the pool, we give a space at the office to leave your luggage. As this is not a hotel, we don't have 24 hours front desk, so we kindly ask our guests to request all the optional services during office hours, like the use of iron, or the BBQ.Thank You again, hope to see you again!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the internet problem was out of our control, the aruban telephone company was working the entire week nearby. We are glad you enjoyed the rest of the amenities and the location.

Thank You for the feedback, we are glad you enjoyed the location, BBQ area and the pool. The area can be a little busy because of the proximity of the supermarket, but at night it's closed so there is no noise from the street at all.

Hello, we are a bit surprised about your rating, but we appreciate the opportunity to respond, so other potential guests can have a better knowledge of our offered service.We are not a hotel, so we don't have 24 hours front desk. That doesn't mean that out of office hours the guests cannot contact us for something important or an emergency. The weekend you stayed nobody slept outside, nobody called us, we have no idea who you saw outside until Monday... Our cell phone for emergency is available until late, the number is published on the front office door, or by email.Our housekeeping report says that toilet paper was provided before the weekend, the lady had to make space on the rack in the bathroom because it was full of seashells (which is illegal to collect in Aruba).The dogs are all around Aruba, it's out of our control if they bark. You can reduce the noise by closing the window. The staff is always there to assist during office hours, we never have been contacted by you for anything. It's sad to see that you didn't enjoy our place, but we wish you find a place that meets all your expectations, if you need 24 hours front desk, we recommend you choose a hotel instead of apartments or condo.Kind regards
