Wonderful place to stay. Niek was very responsive and make sure our stay was comfortable. The pool and the outdoor patio/dining table was a big plus for us. Give you option to relax right at home and take a break from the beach when needed. The location of this place is also within reason to big attractions like downtown and the famous beaches (Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and California light house). The place is well maintained and we are very happy and look forward to future visits.

We had a great stay and Niek and Astrid were great hosts! The property is very well maintained, modern, and comfortable with everything you need. We had beach chairs and a cooler and parking was right outside. The area is very close to everything and the pool area and BBQ grill were great to have for relaxing evenings. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts and thank them for their hospitality! We will definitely be returning!

It was perfect for a couple nights. The only problem was checking in the communication was simply not there. Thank goodness the other tenants opened the outside door and gave us the phone number if not i dont know how we would have connected. The place is darling, comfortable and clean. Hard to find but also my phone would not connect. Loved it would stay agai !!!

Lovely property v spacious 2 bed apartment fully equipped kitchen , comfortable beds (1 x Super King, 1 x Double (queen) ) large lounge with TV (multiple channels Netflix). Small Pool but never had to share, attentive hosts but not obtrusive. Residential area , minor traffic noise on a morning, noted other reviews with complaints about dogs, yes its residential area there's the occasional dog bark but this was nothing. Couple of coffee places within walking distance and nearby restaurants (didn't use) Car needed beaches farthest beaches 15/20 mins drive North of Island or 45 Mins south of Island . Nightlife of Palm / Eagle Beach 10 mins.

Niek the host was very welcoming and accommodating. He met us at the property to give us a tour and walk us through the in and outs of the apt. We ended up staying at his other property Little Sea as they had a King vs Queen at Little Paradise. Both properties are well managed by Niek and his wife Astrid. This place is like home away from home and very close to many beaches and attractions.

This was my 3rd trip to Aruba, but my first stay in Little Paradise. I was extremely impressed with the apartment as well as the property manager (Niek). For starters, the communication from Niek was excellent. A few days before my flight, Niek reached out with information giving directions to the property as well as supplying me with an email and phone number to reach out to him for assistance. I liked the fact that Niek does a face-to-face check in and describes different features and amenities of the apartment and property. I’ve visited many countries and have stayed in many places, and Niek has been the best host by far. You will not find a better host!! Now..on to the apartment. The property has a secure entrance, and you need a code to get in which makes for a nice and safe setting. Additionally, a code is needed to get into the apartment as well. The apartment was very clean, and it had a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment had a lot of modern touches and conveniences, and everything worked well - including the air conditioning. There are also beach chairs available for use as well as a cooler for drinks. If needed, the apartment also has a small safe to use. The property is very close to numerous grocery stores in the area, and it is also close to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Renting a car is a must in Aruba, but don’t worry, it is very easy to drive around. Little Paradise is a fantastic property, and Niek is an excellent host. Stay there!

Das Beach House hat alles für den perfekten Aufenthalt. Handtücher, Strandtücher, Strandstühle, Kühltasche, riesige Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Mixer und diversen Kochutensilien. Die Zimmer sind riesig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Außenbereich sehr gemütlich mit Pool, Grill und Hängematte. Wir waren total begeistert und würden gern wiederkommen. Nicholas, Wouter und Jakeline waren für all unsere Fragen da, danke! Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Autominuten an den schönsten Stränden. Das Haus soll jetzt aber verkauft werden und der neue Besitzer möchte wohl bauliche Veränderungen vornehmen.

The property was very nice , clean , and the communication was very good . I will strongly recommend either renting a car or be ready to pay for taxis (no Uber in that country) the property is not walking distance to anything . I would strongly recommend and definitely would go back .

Apartment 4- solo traveler. Owner is attentive to ur needs. Other guests very friendly. Well maintained. Locked gate so felt secure. Appliances worked well. Very comfortable bed. Good wifi and aircon. Not a big deal but, sometimes a barking dog next door.

Comfortable studio apartment, close to the supermarket, 10 minutes car to palm beach and eagle beach. Love the properties super clean. The price was excellent. Restaurants right around the corner. Perfect to stay with family. Nice pool

Een klein pareltje om te ontdekken de moeite!!!

Het was een aangenaam appartment, mogeijkheid te parkeren voor de deur. Coolbox, strandhanddoeken, keukenrollen, handdoeken, alles wat gevraagd werd, werd geleverd. Fijn en leuk omgeving, veilig, geen lawaai, goedwerkende airco,warmwater in douche, leuke keuken,alles aanwezig. Buitentafel en stoelen en fijn buiten kunnen eten. Aangenaam management en schoonmaakteam. De moeite om terug te gaan!
