I asked for a new room and it was completely different, renovated clean bathroom with good air con (416). So there seems to be some inconsistencies in rooms. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for a new room. "

"We booked 4 rooms they only allowed three rooms because on of the room was for travel monk. We wanted to canceled all of 4 rooms but they wouldn’t let us do that at the end the monk had to look for the place to stay by himself. The charge was paid with cc they also would not refund back to the cc. "
