If you had to choose word to describe this hotel, given there were many superlatives, I would say ‘inviting.’ The aesthetics are soothing yet modern. The lobby/bakery has an intimacy. Breakfast preparation was super (choose the eggs Benedict with salmon). I also learned of sound meditation at Ryosoku-in Temple from the Surroundings section on the TV screen - a highlight of seven day stay here.
