Amazing hotel and spa! This is the place to stay when visiting Durango! A short 25 minutes from the airport (50 minutes from Durango City/centro, and close to the 'pueblo magico' of Nombre De Dios (where they are excellent mezcal producers, restaurants, and shopping. Quick drive to other outdoor adventures. Great restaurant onsite, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great staff as well. Can't wait to stay here again!

The place was beautiful and the restaurant was fabulous. We didn’t like that we have to pay extra for every little thing additional for what we thought was part of the stay.
Overall nice place. No pool. Spa with large jacuzzi but you have to pay extra to use it. That is sort of lame. Even if you are not using any spa service per se. The restaurant is mediocre and there are no alternatives around. The place itself is nice and the suite we had was really large and nice. A really good 3-4 star hotel.
the Cabana was lovely. The restaurant staff at night was amazing. I think it would be nice to allow guests that have a spa service use all spa facilities or to add a discounted fee.
The front desk team was excellent—welcoming, attentive, and very professional. However, we found that the rest of the staff seemed less interested in assisting us, which made certain parts of our stay less enjoyable.
Additionally, the process of ordering and receiving food from the pool area took much longer than expected. Improving this service would make a big difference in the overall guest experience
