10/10 Excellent

It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties.
