Als wir beim Hotel Jadran angekommen sind, haben wir an der Eingangstür nur einen Zettel mit der Aufschrift „geschlossen - closed“ vorgefunden. Wir dachten wir seien in falschen Film. In der nahegelegenen Touristeninformation hat uns eine genervte Dame mitgeteilt, dass wir im Hotel Beli Kamik nachfragen sollen. Wir waren in den letzten Tagen offensichtlich nicht die einzigen, die nach Informationen suchten. Im Hotel Beli Kamik war unser Zimmer reserviert, als hätten wir nie woanders gebucht. Wir bekamen auch keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung. Es sind sehr viele Kinder im Hotel sowie am Strand. Für Kinder gibt es viele Angebote, somit ein guter Ort für Familien, aber nicht sehr passend für Paare und Freunde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Hotel is closed but still accepting reservations

We booked and paid for this hotel on Hotels.com. When we arrived, the hotel was closed. There was a travel agency next door so inquired there. They told us that hotel is closed for the season and to go to a different hotel called 'Beli Kamnik'. Staff at Beli Kamnik was puzzled by our reservation, but since they belong to the same hotel chain (and it was getting late) they accommodated us. However, Beli Kamnik has only 7.2 rating and did not meet our expectations. No refund for the price difference was offered.

Das Hotel Jadran ist ein gutes 3* Hotel und deren Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr bemüht mit denen ihnen zur Verfügung stehenden Mittel das Beste zu geben. Von aussen sieht das Hotel schon etwas heruntergekommen aus, fügt sich aber gut ins Gesamtbild der Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind freundlich, teils abgewohnt, Badezimmer/Dusche sind eher etwas klein (abhängig vom Zimmertyp) Die Betten sind bequem und eher neu. Pro Zimmer gibt es nur ein Schlüssel (Schliessanlage aus den 70iger) Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht in allen Zimmer gleich gut. Ein absolutes No Go ist der Teppichboden in den Zimmern. Lobby, sehr angenehm, bestes WLAN in der Lobby in den Zimmern teilweise nicht verfügbar. Lobby Bar, Eingeschränkte Cocktail/Drink Karte, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kreativ und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt (auch die die nicht auf der Karte standen) Restaurant, hier wiederspiegelt sich klar der Preis und die 3*. Trotz allem findet man immer etwas, die Qualität entspricht normalen Kantinen Level, gut und fair aber nichts was ich zweimal genommen hätte. Nach einer Woche wiederholen sich die Speisen. Highlight war klar beim Frühstück die beiden Kochstationen wo man sich nach Belieben die Frühstückseiern zubereiten konnte. Parkplatz, es gibt 3 Parkplätze wobei der erste immer komplett besetzt ist, der zweit und dritte schlicht eine Zumutung, aber es ist ja Urlaub ;-)

Kurzurlaub auf Krk

Das Hotel liegt nur durch die Strandpromenade getrennt direkt am Meer. Vom Speisesaal aus hat man eine super Aussicht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Meerblick. Einfach traumhaft! Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war gut und es gab nicht's zu beanstanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, ebenso am Abend. Am 2. Tag ging beim Frühstück die Marmelade aus und es gab keine Neue. Diese war schön 30 Minuten nach Beginn aus. Da wir in der Nachsaison dort waren, gab es auch genügend Parkplätze. Vor dem Hotel gibt es auch super Sitzmöglichkeiten an der Strandpromenade. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man beim Frühstücks- und Abendbüffet kleine Abstriche in Kauf nimmt. Beim Buchen unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick wählen!

Sensationelles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis-Top Lage

Wir haben das Hotel zur Feier unseres Hochzeitstages ausgewählt. Das Zimmer mit Balkon direkt am Meer sowie die Umgebung entsprachen genau unseren Erwartungen und Hoffnungen für diesen Anlass. Einen kleinen Dämpfer gab es bei der Ankunft, da der Hotel-Parkplatz für eine grosse Biker-Gruppe vollständig reserviert war und wir als Autofahrer weggeschickt wurden und nach einer Alternative suchen mussten. Das Restaurant ist für sehr viele Gäste ausgelegt und daher liegt die Betonung eher auf Effizienz als auf kulinarischer Besonderheit.

Hotel vista mare, vicino a spiagge comode, ristoranti, svaghi, soprattutto per famiglie. Uno dei migliori angoli dell'isola. Parcheggio comodo. Tranquillità e silenzio. Alcune pecche: aria condizionata centralizzata e quindi non regolabile; colazione scarsa in dolce e di poca qualità in salato ; pulizia giornaliera del bagno non eccelsa.

Hotel voldeed niet aan de verwachting de prijs in acht genomen: ligt aan het strand, maar heeft geen eigen zone waar hotelgasten kunnen liggen, tenzij mits betaling (47€ voor 2 zetels per dag); geen zeep + shampoo voorhanden in badkamer; onderhoud kamer laat te wensen over; slechte aircon, dus te warm in kamer. Daarentegen had het ontbijt voldoende keuze. Dit hotel is niet aan te raden voor langer dan 1 nacht.

Disastrous!

This was truly a terrible hotel experience. All the way from sewer smelling bathroom, non working wifi, non working ac to rude staff at breakfast, closing the breakfast early and locking us out on the terrace for pointing this out. When asked about my laundry, the front desk staff kept referring to their ”boss”. If this boss was one of the three people trying to tell me that they had no idea of the whereabouts of my laundry or if it may have been Basil Fawlty remains a mystery.

Vi åkte hit med flera generationer och när våra rum blev tilldelade var vi tvugna att byta med varandra, då det i ena badrummet bara fanns badkar vilket inte är så lyckat att duscha i när man är 80+! Det var inga problem att göra bytet. Städningen av rummet är vi inte nöjda med! Vi hittade glas på balkongen och efter tillsägelse togs den största bort. Vi hittade dock fortsatt glas där och även på mattan! Ingen dammsugning på hela tiden! Dåligt med uttag för att ladda telefoner mm. Tur vi hade en förgreningskontakt med oss. Bra läge! Trevlig personal!

You get even more what you pay for...

The hotel is a bit older, our room was small, especially the bathroom. The WiFi connection in rooms was not perfect, bit fair. The hotel is well positioned near the sea and in the evening the sunset view from the terrace towards Učka, Istra and Rijeka is stunning. The problem is a parking place which one should look for in the surrounding woods. It can happen that you leave your car more than 300 m away from the hotel... But this is not a really big problem. However, the hotel was clean, the staff was very, very friendly, and food was really good. The drinks are free. Just maybe eggs at the breakfast, they are over-well done and therefore not so tasty. Also, the space around tables in the restaurant is very limited. Really nice experience.

Ein gutes Hotel mit einer schönen Lage direkt am Meer und freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Adria und abends auf das Lichter Meer der gegenüber liegenden Städte, Rijeka, Opatija... Es gab reichlich Auswahl beim Frühstück, an allem, auch frisches Obst war stets vorhanden. Zur Abendessen gab es auch landesübliche Beilagen, Fisch und Fleisch. Danke an der Küche für die Kieferl, die aufgrund einer Aussage prompt zubereitet wurden. Insgessmt ein gutes Angebot, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Preis Leistng perfekt. Das Hotel wurde ich immer wieder empfehlen!

Schöne Überraschung

Es hatte mich gefreut dieses Hotel gebucht und besucht zu haben - trotz der Teils negativen Bewertungen, war ich angenehmen überrascht. Nachdem ich danach enttäuschende 2 Übernachtungen in Hotel Malin, 4* Haus mit überforderten und unfreundlichem Personal an der Rezeption erlebt hatte, weiß ich dieses Hotel sehr zu schätzen. Frühstück war gut, verschiedene Sorten Brot, Brötchen.. eigentlich reichhaltig und für alle etwas dabei. Gut, über Kaffee kann man streiten aber, es ist landesüblich "bijela Kava" zum Frühstück zu trinken. Das Personal überall sehr Freundlich und endgegenkommend, an der Rezeption besonderes engagiert und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage, ich hatte das Glück ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen und war mit allem super zufrieden. Preis-Leistung perfekt!
