Had a lovely time staying here, accommodation was so peaceful with a relaxing terrace. So close to all the amenities, beach was lovely, local town very pretty with nice choice of restaurants. Bakery on the campsite nearby was very good!! Would love to come back

What a gem of a resort! Beautiful bungalows, perfect location, super friendly staff, nice beaches close by, dog friendly, several bars and restaurants in 10min walking distance (Rivice was excellent). Cannot fault this place for anything. Will come back for sure 😍

Beautiful All Around

The property is exactly what is shown in the photos and description. Very clean inside and the grounds are beautiful. The villa seemed quite new and well stocked for all our needs. The stairs up to the bedrooms in Pinus were narrow and a bit tricky. The beach, marina, restaurants, shops and boardwalk area are more beautiful and closer than shown on a map.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa unter Eichenbäumen. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Super Rezeption Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Konoba Njivice sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal Essen gehen möchte

La villetta necessita di parecchia manutenzione, si vede che è trascurata e a inizio stagione è intollerabile. Ci hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio senza avvisarci che fosse a pagamento, abbiamo pagato perchè per 5€ non vale la pena litigare ma non è corretto non avvisare.

Alles war in Ordnung. Die Villas sind sehr hübsch und in Strandnähe. Die Häuschen sind gut ausgestattet, jedoch an einigen Stellen etwas abgenutzt. Es fehlt ein wenig an Licht im Haus. Die nassen Sachen trocknen auch sehr schlecht, da es viel Schatten gibt. Ansonsten war alles super!

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen. Es gab sogar eine kleine Überraschung für unseren Hund und einen Obstkorbt für uns. Die Häuser liegen nur maximal 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt und haben eine extra Rezeption. Der Platz ist sehr schön angelegt und optimal zum Gassi gehen. Wir hatten eine kleine Villa gebucht weil wir nur 3 Nächte dort verbracht haben, das hat völlig ausgereicht. Die Häuser sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Bad + Dusche habe ich sogar groß empfunden. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber der Rezeption beginnt der Strand. Der Hundestrand ist ca. 15 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, bei uns war es sehr heiß, da sollte man sich schon vorher überlegen was man alles am Strand braucht. Da natürlich der Asphalt sehr heiß wird und das ein Problem für die Pfoten werden kann. Wir konnten unseren Dackel zum Glück tragen. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr lange, man sollte aber beachten das er von vielen genutzt wird. Campingplatz, Hotel,… der Hundestrand ist sehr schön und auch für kleine Hunde sehr gut geeignet. Natürlich haben sehr viele ihre Hunde mit und am Wochenende waren es ca. 30 Hunde am Strand, das sollte man als Hundebesitzer beachten (wenn man einen ängstlichen oder nicht gut verträglichen hund hat) und viele Besitzer ihre Hunde frei laufen lassen obwohl sie nicht abrufbar sind.(Für das kann natürlich Aminess nichts) Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich!! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum super. Angefangen von der sehr freundlichen Vorabkommunikation über den sehr herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption und dem Willkommenspaket für den Hund. Die Villas sind einfach eine Wohlfühl und Ruheoase und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt (in der Nebensaison). Auch ein späterer Checkout war problemlos möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft verspricht alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Super modern ausgestattet, ruhig und tolle Atmosphäre durch die Bäume und Sträucher. Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, genügend Geschirr und einer Mikrowelle. Die Sauberkeit ist uns als erstes aufgefallen, was man oft in anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht so findet. Bis ins kleinste Eck alles sauber. Der Boden ist recht kühl, dadurch dass es (Beton) ist, Hausschuhe sollte man (im Herbst) dabei haben. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich angenehm kühl. Was mir gefehlt hat war ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Leider gab es nur einen einzigen in einem Schlafzimmer. Man musste immer in dieses Schlafzimmer rein wenn man sehen will wie man aussiehst, bei mehreren Personen ist das dann eher schwierig. Ansonsten jederzeit zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort. Die Villa Pinus war ausreichend groß, sodass wir alle Platz hatten und auch abends ließ es sich gut auf der Terrasse bzw am nicht weit entfernten Meer sitzen. Das einzige Manko ist das kleine Bad, das mit seinen knapp 2 1/2m2 schon sehr eng ist. Ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft, perfekt für Familien oder Freunderunden!

Beginne ich mit dem positive: Die Unterkünfte sind neu, modern eingerichtet und haben genügend Platz. Der Strand ist in Fußnähe und auch viele Restaurants sind zur Auswahl. Rezeption war sehr nett. Das wars leider auch schon zum positiven. Unser gesamter Aufenthalt war ansonsten - wegen der Unterkunft - die reinste Katastrophe :( Zum negativen: Die gesamte Unterkunft war voller Staub. Es sah nicht aus wie auf den Bildern auf dem Gelände, überall war noch Baustelle. Nach einem Tag viel uns ein beißender Fäkalgeruch in der Unterkunft auf. Er kam aus dem Bad unten und das ganze Haus hat danach gestunken. Also gingen wir zur Rezeption, unser Anliegen wurde aufgenommen und wir bekamen eine neue Unterkunft - Tja. Das wars auch. Selbes Bild wie zuvor, alles voller Staub und noch am selben Tag in der neuen Unterkunft erneut dieser Gestank aus dem Bad und den Abflüssen (diesmal oben, direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer). Zudem ging in der zweiten Unterkunft die Kochplatte nicht. Daraufhin sind wir frühzeitig ausgecheckt und hoffen noch heute, dass wir von unserem Geld etwas wieder sehen. Denn niemand will seinen Urlaub mit einem beißenden Gestank verbringen. Gott sei Dank hatten wir gutes Wetter und konnten tagsüber draußen sein. Die einzige Aussage des Managements: Wir bitten es zu entschuldigen - wir sind ein neues Team. Liebes Management - dafür kann der voll zahlende Kunde nichts. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder und trauern unserem lang ersehnten Urlaub noch heute nach :(
