"The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that."

"Beautiful property, well cared for, clean and so comfortable. Plenty of room for us all (we had 6 people) Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were stocked and clean. We honestly had no issues. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a question, and Causeway amenities were all wonderful. We had a wonderful time."
