"The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. As typical in the region beef is not the best and other choices were overcooked. Still, there was enough choice to find a satisfying meal. Their indoor and outdoor mineral pools are very nice. Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und habe mir dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte bisher immer ein Zimmer auf der Südseite. Diese Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung Norden, habe schlecht geschlafen und mich nicht gut erholt.
