Every staffs were s friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Our room was surprisedly neat and spacious, we have enjoyed much during our anniversary stay. One thing, per my request, it was our first time in Furano to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It might be nice if the hotel could offer a little gift for our stay.

Love the winery Hithohana

2nd visit here in 2 years. Staff are all so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast choices are amazing. A great choice in Furano

Very pleasant hotel

Hotel is modern, with a nice breakfast and many free things like wine tasting, juice and crackers, plus washing machine and a dryer. Stayed only 1 night, wished we stayed more nights.

The staff were very helpful . Dinner was delicious and the wine and/or juice tasting was nice. Our room was lovely. The complimentary diy laundry machines were of great help! If I go to that area again, I would stay there!

Their washer and dryer are free! I like that they have a hot tub to relax after a long day trip. Their room size with pretty spacious, they have kitchenette, kitchen items, the tv channels are good and you can do netflix, youtube, hulu too. They provide wine tasting every ight with crackers.. we would be staying and go back to this hotel again. Thank you.

Top Class Service

We stayed as a family of 5 in one of the triple rooms for 10 nights. Needless to say it was very cosy but with a bit of organisation we managed to make it work pretty well. Facilities at the hotel are great - Onsen is a great treat after a days skiing, washing machine/dryers very useful over the 10 days and the microwave helped to fill in a few meals where we chose to stay in. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of selection western and eastern and the restaurant had a range of dinner options and was pretty well priced from Pizza to Shabu Shabu Service - absolutely top class, they were extremely kind, polite and unbelievably helpful organising restaurants, taxis, shuttles to skiing etc. Location - just a few mins walk (uphill) to gondola but a really good shuttle service. A taxi to the main town was about 1800 yen so very reasonable for a meal out. A great facility made even better by really great staff, would recommend to anyone and a good option for families.

L’hôtel semble neuf mais les chambres du 1er étage sentent l’odeur de moisi et d’humidité. Il y a du moisi sur la climatisation, dans la salle de bain et douche. Il y a 4 appareils de purificateur d’air dans le couloir. Après avoir signalé le problème le lendemain de notre arrivée nous avons été surclassé au 3eme étage et c’était beaucoup mieux sauf que les chambres sont mal isolées. On entendait les voisins ouvrir les portes et se déplacer.
