This hotel is overated considerably. Interior is well maintained but the room furniture is cheap and falling apart. The exterior of the hotel has been totally neglected. In fact the whole time we were there, there was a large garbage container just outside the front entrance, full of broken furniture. Previously we had been shown a hotel that was rated considerably lower, that puts this hotel to shame.

Booked the hotel for a business trip. Had the worst night ever as since 4 in de morning the fire alarm kept going off every 20-60 minutes this lasted untill at least 8:00 this. After I check at the reception and the staff could not tell me when this would be fixed i decided to check out after one night instead of the planned 3. I understand unforeseen things like these can happen, but the fact that nobody of the hotel contacted me after my stay regarding any kind of compensation despite this being promised by staff , made me write this review. I had to make additional cost for a new stay , had to move different business meetings etc. overall this situation caused a lot of stress lack of sleep (what else you book a hotel for) and also had financially impacted my weekend. Poor customer service overall

Prachtige omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer (suite) 103 was niet ok. Matras met een kuil in het midden. Midden in de nacht rond 01.00 uur gewekt worden door een zeer hard zoemend geluid. Na enig speurwerk bleek in een kast de pomp van de vloerverwarming te zitten. Die en nog een ander apparaat dat ik niet kon vinden zorgden voor de geluidsoverlast. Twee stekkers uit het stopcontact getrokken waarmee het geluid stopte. Inmiddels wel een half uur verder. Ik heb het bij uitchecken gemeld. Ben benieuwd of er nog iets mee gebeurt.

Mooie ligging en kamer met uitzicht op het bos. Helaas hebben we slecht geslapen doordat de airco niet werkte. Het was erg warm op de kamer. We kregen de volgende ochtend dat de airco nog op winterstand stond. Vreemd verhaal, want 18 graden = 18 graden lijkt me. Zonde, want dit maakte het verblijf een stuk minder aangenaam

Obwohl wenig zu tun war und wie wir später feststellen mussten, 2 Personen beim Check- In eingeteilt waren, mussten wir 10 Minuten warten und im Restaurant nachfragen, ob die Rezeption besetzt ist. Erst ald der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant dafür gesorgt hat, dass die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erschienen sind, ging es schnell und unkompliziert weiter. Das Zimmer war groß und toll. Allerdings gingen beide Deckenleuchten nicht und man musste erst im Zimmer nach weiteren Lampen suchen. Da das Hotel auch ein Restaurant hat sind wir dort Essen gegangen. Das Essen war prima, aber als wir gefragt haben ob wir noch was Essen können , hatten wir nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das tolle Hotel könnte eine bessere Bewertung bekommen , allerdings muss das Haus besser unterhalten werden und die Mitarbeiter sollten sich bewusst sein, dass Sie Gastgeber sind.
