"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Extremely convenient high quality hotel right next to the airport. It isn't cheap but being able to walk to the airport departure lounge in 2 minutes is a big win. For this much money the TV channel options should be far better though!"
