"Hotel is well located, just a couple of blocks away from the piers. Is very clean and staff was friendly. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because breakfast is not included and the restaurant attached to it is not that great."

"For a Sheraton, you expect a little better. This property is ok. If you want to order food from the restaurant, it's always a long wait to get your food as they don't have much staff. Sometimes it's only the bartender. I swear it takes so long to get your food that he must be running to the back to cook it too! Lol. Food is just ok. Very annoying that the hotel shares a huge parking lot with other businesses, yet charges a daily parking fee. Feels so nickle and dime."

"I’ll try to be as honest as possible The positive- Clean room, great customer service and fantastic location with beautiful bay views. Walking distance to lots of good eats… The negative- not too much negative at all but very noisy street and walls are thin (charms of older buildings) Overall, we would stay here again"
