"To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call. The restaurant’s food was terrible as well and overpriced, we asked for a menu and did not receive one and were charged buffet price for left over food (which we didn’t even get to choose). Also, we made the mistake of booking a massage to relax, the massage itself was okay, but the room and equipment were dirty and the payment was complicated for no reason. The reception lady gave us false information about the payment, and denied it rudely after. Which confused us and the massage lady. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come here again. It was a shame since the local people are nice and most staff were also nice but this made me feel very negatively about the place. "

"Rating is adjusted for price which was very low. AC worked. Mosquito nets over bed were good. Screens had holes and windows didn’t quite close entirely, so definitely had mosquitos as close friends. Great service."

"I had 1 night and 1 day as transit in Dakar, so I was searching for a place where I can chill, and I don’t regret my choice at all ! I took this hotel cause it had a spa, and when I arrived, they upgraded me and I got a jacuzzi in my room! fantastic! the terasse opens on the beautiful pool, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff super welcoming and smiling. Moreover, they let me check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00 so it shows me that they really want to male their customers happy. I got the massage in the afternoon and enjoyed the pool the rest of the day. Only positive there!"
