The house was big enough for all of us on our family trip to the falls. Space was clean; we had a great time!!

Fair for the price. We enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more seating for more family members. House is advertised for a12 person sleeping arrangements which was great. But could only seat 5-6 in family room. Kind of a downfall. We were there with another family and we had to pill kitchen table chairs out to sit. Also wish there were 2 full baths. The powder room was verrrrry small with no counter so that part was tight. Some of us brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink. Lol. Over the house accommodated us for a weekend pretty well. And the area was kinda sketchy but close to Niagara Falls and other things we did.

I was a nice stay but my only critique is the lack of communication or interaction with the owners. I just ask a question multiple times and never received an answer from them directly. But other than that is a very clean and big house.

The house is easily accessible. The neighbors are verry pleasant. Verry clean and felt like being home not a hotel. Very big we had 6 adults and 5 children work great for us . Close parking to the home . I had great communication with the host .would highly recommend.

The door knobs were missing or loose. The air conditioning was set too cold, 69 degrees. The illumination was very poor. Not enough blankets. Old folks felt cold. Not enough kitchen utensils. Not parking space. Bathrooms locks were bad.

We enjoyed our stay, the inside of the property is beautiful and spacious. I would recommend the management add mirrors to the rooms, there's only one mirror in the whole house, the bathroom, and a propper lock for the bathroom. Big beds and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The surroundings is a bit sketchy but we had no trouble.
