Firstly: as VIP/GOLD members of Hotels.com, we were entitled to a room upgrade and some other additional benefits. We were told by reception that the hotel didn't accept our membership accreditation, even though I showed her the email. Made no difference.
Anyway, this huge hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and near to many restaurants. It caters, almost exclusively, to Korean coach party's. There's a large ppool and gym on the 5th floor with at least two restaurants, although we never used them. The staff are courteous and helpful. Our room was a decent size but looked out over the old abandoned airfield. It could also be noisy due to the many construction sites surrounding it.
This is a typical soulless bland hotel, but they're all like it in Nha Trang.
