"The hotel and the staff were 10/10. The hotel is located in a strange area - basically a shopping mall - and there was not easy access to food when we got in late. (We flew in during a T8 typhoon so that impacted local food delivery as well.) If you are coming from the airport late in the evening, bring food with you or eat before you show up. "We are at the hotel from Jun 14-16. Our room is fine, comfortable and have a dehumidifier in the room. It was rain all 3 days we stayed. The dehumidifier was so useful.
Room service maids are kind. I could ask them for extra tissues easily. They also offered extra towels. But we had enough.
Unfortunately, the pool is still in renovation process; so, not chances to swim. But Lido beach is located closeby. It is very easy to walk over there and enjoy little beach.
Shuttle bus is ontime, useful...
"Three nights in Double Deluxe in Building 2 ground floor. Clean, comfortable bed,good amenities, no insects or reptiles, fast reliable WiFi. Quiet at night. This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. On check in day, Staff sent a 1 minute YouTube video via WhatsApp showing how to get to the unit from the ferry docks. Ten minutes walk on level ground right by the famous temple. Recommend for 1 or 2...
"Pros: price and near Disney and Ngong ping easy to checkin and check out Cons: only Bus reach and slope pathway to hotel .Hard to go with large luggage. Room quite small as 2 star hotel in hongkong. No drinking water but other facilities is OK."
