The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms...

"We last stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed it but it seems to have gone downhill. The hotel location is great, the room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, but the bathroom was full of mould and in definite need of a refurb. We had the buffet breakfast in the restaurant which was cold and not worth the price. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t seem to care the bathroom was mouldy. We cancelled a booking for our return trip and stayed at a much nicer place...

"We loved our log cabin, it was very spacious, the only thing that let it down was the bedspread smelled horrible so I suspect it hadn’t been washed in a long time. I ended up taking the duvet off the spare bunk bed because I thought I was going to gag. The kitchen facilities and bathrooms are great. The hot pools are awesome and the main reason I stay here. "Good location. When we booked, it was said that the breakfast was included, but the hotel tried to charge us. They accepted it when we gave them the confirmation. The room was spacious and the design was good, but things were worn out, from the doors, the heating system, the paint, etc."

Only down side was the bed, which was quite firm. One of us loved it, the other not. I used the WiFi for a zoom meeting and it was good enough for the task, thankfully. "
