I really liked the spa pool, in the lush gardens, just beautiful. The view on the front deck overlooking the sea, stunning. Great hosts, and a lovely breakfast. The hosts advised there was a market in town, which I really enjoyed.

The hosts were wonderful, very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfasts were delicious; cooked eggs, fresh fruits, a range of breads, muesli and yoghurt. Lovely B&B, would be glad to stay here again.

A most friendly stay

Wonderfull hosts and a great breakfast. The spar pool was lovely under a star lit night. Bed wee bit hard but overall would highly recommend. The view for breakfast is of the sea and coast- a great last impression of the stay.

Close to beach

Nice place friendly hosts and good breakfast. Very close to beach, but on a busy road. The only hard part was to get into the property coming from Thames. However there was no road noise during the night.

Janet and Peter were splendid hosts in their lovely B&B (see pictires of view from front snd back porches). Good breakfasts served to guests. We from the U.S., a young German couple, and a mother/daughter pair. Peter helped us plan our activities. Have a jacuzzy that we used. Highly recommend

Friendly welcoming hosts - superb location... we stayed in the fern room which on the website looked somewhat dark .. but we were pleasantly surprised to find exactly the opposite.... and the bedding smelled freshly laundered!! Would recommend this bnb to anyone ....

Hot tub in the backyard with beautiful garden, deck with table and BBQ. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, ate out on the front deck overlooking the bay. Owners were very nice and accommodating.

Gorgeous Ocean View!

We wanted a home base for exploring the Coromandel Peninsula and this was perfect! Located across the road from the beach with awesome views (and a little road noise), we easily saw the sights in Coromandel Town. The breakfasts were outstanding with shirred eggs, lox, avocado and sliced tomato, toast, cereals, yogurt, etc. and all this was enjoyed on the deck with the gorgeous ocean view. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with access to a private rear garden deck with barbeque and rain forest landscape. The free laundry was a big welcome plus! Watch for flag and sign on wall that can be obscured by passing cars when coming from Thames.

This was a great bed and breakfast stay. The room was private with our own modern bathroom, access to an outdoor patio space, and plenty of room to lay out our extensive luggage. It was a short drive into Thames for dinner, and had a great breakfast buffet the next morning with the hosts. They recommended a lovely seaside drive to get back into Auckland that extended our pleasant stay. Highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Excellent stopover on the Firth of Thames

A wonderful stop after a long days driving. Host and hostess very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent together with a very interesting chat with the host.
