Dear Guest, We are saddened to hear that your experience was not as per your expectations. But you had not shared any concerns during your stay. I would like to clarify our stand based on your feedback. Our property holds the heritage tag with each cottage nurtured for more than 100 yrs old and is spread across more than 8 acres of landscape greenery. Secondly, we offer fresh breakfast option with unlimited servings which is increasingly valued more than the buffet options kept for more than 3 hours thereby dropping the nutritional value of each item served exponentially by 100 times every 30 minutes. Our ingredients are sourced from our very own organic gardens. Other properties do not undertake these practices in comparison. Considering that you were expecting early check-ins and late check-outs, larger inventory hotels may offer them during low season but we are fortunate to maintain a strong occupancy and appreciated by all our guests. Moreover, as an award-winning spa retreat, you did not highlight our signature spa therapies and private beach access which makes up stand out in relation to the other hotels you mentioned. Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing Niraamaya Surya Samudra, we always value and appreciate the views of our guests which helps us serve them better. The retreat is peppered with old traditional Kerala houses which are the Heritage Premium as well as Heritage Classic Rooms. On the other hand, the Rock Garden rooms are constructed for those guests who prefer a sense of space over the traditional heritage interiors. It seems ironic that you are expecting premium luxury from our budget category accommodations. Rock Garden rooms are reasonably priced when compared to the Heritage rooms and do not offer any sea-views. We always ensure that this information is amply clear in all our communication and advertising. However, we are tagged as a heritage hotel offering a distinct experience to showcase the Keralite architecture. Moreover, if you had hope to experience luxury, we would have showed you our higher category rooms like the Octave and Banyan tree Bungalow which is always at a higher price. We would like to add that the costs involved in the stay includes the overall property experience, the award winning spa services and gourmet dining experiences which has received raving reviews consistently since our inception. We hope you will reconsider coming back to us and stay at our higher category rooms and exceed your expectations.
