Direkt am Strand gelegen. Alles weitere ist eine einzuge Katastrophe. Das Hotel hat die Sendemasten aller indischen Mobilfunkbetreiber auf seinem Dach. Die Zustaende im Hotel sind eine einzige Katastrophe.

Avoid at all costs

As we work in hospitality I really don’t like negative reviews as I know things can go wrong and it’s no ones fault or some reviews are over exaggerated; however when it’s this bad and no level of customer service was received then hopefully someone will read this and take note. On check in the receptionist didn’t get off her phone so we received no details regarding breakfast times; housekeeping, contacting reception. Toilet didn’t work in room so Had to go back to reception. This was fixed instantly ( the only good thing regarding this hotel) Turned our bedsheets over to find they were dirty ( and I do mean toilet dirty). Back we go to reception. After 30 mins we moved rooms. No apology and still no info. Breakfast was not worth it, plenty of staff stood around but either they didn’t know what to do or couldn’t be bothered. Chef took juice away but wasn’t replaced. Our room wasn’t serviced on the next day but we thought first day doesn’t really need servicing. Swimming pool was a green colour and definitely not to be swam in. Breakfast next day just the same; no service what so ever. Room not serviced again. We asked at reception for toilet roll but didn’t get any; had to take it from the restaurant at front ( which we didn’t go inside so cant comment on them). We asked to speak to the manager but no manager was about! In the end we left 1 night early. There is plenty of choice in Kovalam so our advise STAY WELL CLEAR.
