"The staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room. The restaurants, expecially Fusion were amazing, the food was some of the best we have had! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday, we were treated to a special desert and our room was decorated with rose petals, towel art and complimentary chocolates. I had read mixed reviews, however, our experience was first class. Yes some areas need touching up a little, having said that, the staff made our visit amazing. Due to medical conditions I didnt know if I would be able to use the spa facilties, Lilly to the rescue!! She escorted us to a different access point, where I was able to park my scooter much nearer, she checked I was able to access the hydrotherapy pool safely, this small act of kindness had an enormous impact on my wellbeing, she made such a difference, what lovely people they all are. Whatever they did, they did with a smile and genuinely cared. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to have a sign in the car park asking guests using room facilities for events, to respect others by not drivng around the car park at speed or sit revving engines for over an hour, whist blocking access.
