This was a terrible experience. I booked this hotel several MONTHS ago. I show up and have to talk to a employee on a computer screen. She told me they "tried" to call me yesterday to tell me they had to cancel my reservation for "maintenence" but could let me stay the night but not the three nights i reserved. I asked could they just honor my res since they are not doing all the rooms at once. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff did not give a sincere apology for this inconvenience and was not able to answer questions about the proposed maintenence. I believe she was untruthful and I hated this encounter.

As i arrived to the hotel. There wasn't no one there to greet you personally . It was a computer that displayed the person for front desk. There's no genuine , sweet customer service. While trying to check in at 4:50pm rooms were not ready and clean . It took till 6/630pm to be able to check in and complete the check in process. We finally got our room . It was on the 3rd floor. At first you get like wow the rooms look good. But then as you look around the room . You start noticing the damages they tried to fix . Especially the bathroom . The bathroom was the worst. Shower and toilet was old, and low water pressure , towel rack was broken and the fire alarm was making noise all night . I didnt get no good sleep. I left maybe 3 hours before check out. and do check in process.

The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. I wish we'd still had a lamp or some kind of light at or near the dinner table as it's too dark for me. The only other thing is the 50 dollar deposit when checking in. I almost didn't have it. Thank goodness you took cash. I like this place though and hope to be back.

This is a budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a low-cost stay, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. When I arrived, I had to clean the room myself. I mopped the floor multiple times, and it continued to come up dirty. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and there was a strong sewer-like odor in the room. I also believe the air conditioning filters have not been cleaned in a very long time, as a bad smell came from the unit whenever it was running. After I thoroughly cleaned the room myself, my stay was acceptable. On the positive side, I did not see any insects during my stay, which I was very thankful for. However, the common areas were also in poor condition. The hallways were very dirty, and the carpet throughout the building appeared extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay, but management should invest much more effort in cleaning and maintenance.
