"My husband & I were in room 1001, at first passing the very posh rooms(executive,),we thought our room will be amazing.We then had to go into a basic corridor & we thought oh jeeze,we are in staff accommodation,then up a few stairs,then into our corridor(which stank of grass(not hotels fault).The room to be honest was clean & better than we expected.Breakfast was really good.All staff were lovely."

"Basic room, bathroom and bedsheets were clean but bedroom was very dusty so clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while. Can hear footsteps and water running from upstairs rooms over night, I woke up 3 times over night due to footsteps in room above and I am a deep sleeper usually, but I guess that’s to be expected in an old building. Overall okay stay for the price paid, staff were nice and good location to metros/ bars!"
