"We stayed here two nights on our Hadrian's Wall journey. It was convenient and close to public transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We ate a both restaurants on site and they were fine."

"Great family hotel ran by friendly staff. Amenities were family oriented with puzzles and pool room. Swimming Pool idea L for spending an hour or so before mealtime. Hotel layout made it easy to navigate . Decor was colourful and bright. Food and service value for money. Would recommend an overnight stay if exploring the surrounding area or travelling form Newcastle airport."

"Good budget option. Small rooms with basic amenities but spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. More hangers would be better but perhaps you can get these if requested. A lot of noise in the rooms overlooking the street, to be expected due to central location. Reasonable value. Would stay again providing it was reasonable rate."
