"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."

"The hotel is lovely and a great location for anyone visitng Warwick Castle. The room was clean as was the hotel itself. Staff were always around and very polite. Some of the meals in the restaurant was overpriced but I guess that's standard these days, would visit again."

"The whole hotel gives a welcoming feeling. The room we book was beautiful, overlooking the gardens. The bed was so large you could get lost in it. I loved the quirky library, bar and lounge areas just to sit and relax. I i would highly recommend "

"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

"A beautiful hotel in a great location... perfect for all the attractions Stratford has to offer. Yes there is a £7.00 charge for the parking but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Hotel and room very clean and the bed was very comfy... great night sleep had. Breakfast was perfect too. A lovely hotel."
